The "Clos des Surelles" Residence, Châlet

is situated close by "La Flégère" Telepherique, the Chamonix
Golf Course and the village of "Les Praz". Here you will
find a Grocer's, Post Office, Newsagent/Tobacconist's, hotels
and restaurants (Eden Hotel** with a Restaurant; on the Golf Course
: "Le Labrador" Hotel*** and "La Cabane"
Restaurant. It is some 5 minutes drive from the centre of Chamojnix,
and is located in a very quiet and sunny residential area.
From the Triplex, and on every floor there is a panoramic
view of the Mont-Blanc Range from "Les Drus" to "Le
Bévent", through large French windows. The Triplex is orientated
due South. The total surface is 102sqm of which 88 are officially
recorded, on three levels, sleeps 6 people, has a
closed private garden, parking lot and garage. There is a laundry
