Activités et situation géographique :
Les activités estivales sont nombreuses en dehors du golf et de
la natation.
Le massif de l'Esterel, situé entre St Raphaël et la Napoule,
offre un décor naturel magnifique; c'est une des plus belles régions
de Provence (3*** au Guide Michelin). Le point culminant, le Mont Vinaigre,
atteint 610 m, offrant un magnifique panorama sur toute la côte du
Cap d'Antibes, de Cannes et de la Baie de la Napoule. Un autre panorama
remarquable du sommet du Pic de l'Ours domine la côte des Maures aux
Alpes. Le long de la Corniche, la coloration rouge feu des roches contraste
avec le bleu azur de la mer. Le massif est couvert d'une végétation
composée de pins, de chênes-lièges, oliviers, mimosas,
eucalyptus, d'arbrisseaux et de buissons couvre sol : bruyères, arbousiers,
genêts épineux, lavandes, thym, etc, qui offrent un spectacle
resplendissant de couleurs.

In addition to golfing and swimming, the summer activities are endless with, amongst others,
fantastic walking and mountain biking in the close "Domaine de l'Esterel" a vast protected area.
The Esterel Massif between St Raphael and La Napoule has a breath-taking beauty. One of the loveliest areas of Provence
(3 stars on the Michelin Tourist Guide). Its highest point "Mount Vinaigre" is a mere 618 m - 2027 ft offers a splendid
panorama on the coast, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes and La Napoule Bay. There is also a remarkable panorama from the summit
of the "Ours Peak" including the coast from the Maures to the Alps. Along the Esterel Cliff Road, the fiery red of
the rocks makes a striking contrast with the deep blue of the sea. The massif is covered with pine and cork oak forest,
olive trees, mimosas, eucalyptus trees ..., shrubs and bushes : heaths, arbutus, gorse, lavenders, thyme, etc ...
which provide a glorious mass of colour.
